Join Natacha for another Ballet Inspired Flow!
This special class offers a unique fusion between Ballet and Yoga Vinyasa postures, to create a harmonious flow. The grace and elegance of Ballet is balanced with the mindfulness and wisdom brought by Yoga.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Two specific techniques for a fun experience! Simple ballet movements are combined with precise Vinyasa poses. Dancer’s Sun Salutation, choreography alternating ballet movements and yoga balancing postures, work around arm and feet positions, stretching, deep relaxation of body and mind… A flow with purpose, at the rhythm of our breath.
No Ballet experience is needed. Previous experience in yoga is preferred but not mandatory.
Natacha used to be a ballet dancer in France and is a movement lover. Drawing inspiration from her background
in dance, she aims to provide students with an inviting and inspiring practice, challenging exercises and a peaceful environment.
