Kids Yoga for ages 9-12

March 16 3:30 pm - April 20 4:15 pm


This is a 6-Week Series for kids ages 9-12! This class will introduce your child to mindfulness, breathing, basic postures and concepts of Yoga in a fun and supportive environment. This program teaches kids to calm themselves and feel happy and secure. Every Friday from 3:30-4:15 starting March 16th.
