Pranayama and Meditation Workshop

Learn, experience and understand the importance of different breathing techniques through Kundalini Pranayam (breathing) meditations. A two-hour journey to learn how breathing or the lack of breathing can support or affect your mental, emotional, and physical health. No experience necessary.

Madhur-Nain Webster has been teaching Kundalini yoga and meditation since 1991 and has been a teacher trainer for over 15 years. She runs a successful psychotherapy practice in Napa and has written a book The Stressless Brain which incorporates Kundalini meditation techniques, psychology and research to help stress and anxiety. She is married and has two sons.
