Sankalpa Setting 2020

Step into the new year with clarity and intention.  Join Jessica Delasaux for the special workshop dedicated to aligning with your heart’s deepest desire, following your dharma and nourishing your spirit.
This 2-hour workshop includes spinal release yoga, journaling, meditation, pranayama, mantra, singing bowls, and ritual.
Identifying your Sankalpa provides a tool for harnessing the will. This formulates a single-pointed focus while bringing the body and mind into harmony with your heart’s most authentic longing.
Spinal Release techniques are based on the deep and direct relaxation of the core muscles closest to the spine. When we release and nourish the spine, we release what blocks the recognition and expression of your true Self.
