Having a daily routine to start each day gives you energy, clarity and a sense of purpose. It saves you from dullness that can drag you towards old patterns of irritation, lethargy, and lack of self respect.
This two-hour workshop will offer you a 10-step routine for starting the day. It includes breathing techniques, chants, and affirmations, self-massage, yoga stretches, and meditation techniques. We will briefly discuss and then practice each of the steps, thus preparing you to start the day the yogic way in your own home.
