Start where you are! Join Michelle For 6 weeks, on Saturdays from 11:30am to 1pm November 11th-December 16th.
Step onto your mat, and into your practice. In this series, you will be introduced to Pranayama (breath control), Asana (poses), and Meditation. All while coming to understand the history and science of yoga. Michelle will work with each of you to find the right modification of the poses for your body and show you how to incorporate them into daily life. After taking this series you will be able to attend many of the classes offered on our schedule.
