Yoga for Teen Athletes

February 4 ~4:15 pm - 5:15 pm


Tony has created a yoga and meditation class specifically designed for young athletes to help them experience more mindfulness in his or her sport, decrease sports performance anxiety, recover from training and competition, and improve his or her physical and mental game.

These 6 classes are composed of semi-guided meditation, pranayama (breath work) and asanas (poses), designed to improve endurance, mobility, stability, and flexibility of the mind and body.

Your teen athlete will learn mindfulness to be present; playing in the moment- not worried about the play in the future or stuck on a play from the past.

This is a 6-week series
